Update on phone no longer allow swipe to delete notifications

So my s24fe went thru update and now I can't swipe to delete notifications on the notification drop down I have to click on them and open the app to clear notifications any one know how to change this?????

Download the theme park and that allowed me to go back to swipe to delete notifications.Yes
