Unable to locate the Flashlight icon since the new update

Cannot find icon to turn flashlight on or off since new update.???

There is no light bulb or flashlight icon after I swipe down on the right upper corner.

When your phone is unlocked, swipe down upper right corner. Under wifi and Bluetooth. You'll seen buttons for different things and a bar under those icons. Touch and pull down the bar to access more buttons. Buttons such as power saver, reverse charging, nfc, etc

That flashlight does not appear and none of these other suggestions have worked either. I still cannot find the flashlight after all of these suggestions.
