This is for a S24 Ultra phone. I waspulling down the drop-down notification menu and the flashlight would not come on. Wifi would not come on. I had one notification for one app which was six different items in one, but they were also fully displayed at the same time they were supposed to be condensed. So something was going on with the drop down notification panel.
