Step count inaccurate

I got a S24 Ultra  and also watch 5 pro

For three days now steps are going crazy for example when I go to work I had 1168 steps which is normal, then at 11am I had 30k steps which is impossible. I reset my watch re paired to wearable on my phone did not select backup did a new fress run. Then all of a sudden back at 30k

Then in wearable I removed the watch and re installed samsung health and all of a sudden the steps went to 26k

I'm lost it should not be doing this Help.

I found out why my steps were increasing. At work I got the table fan and I put my phone under this fan. And the electromagnet is close, so when the fan is on for some reason the fans motor is influencing the steps. Doesn't make any sense but I proved by placing my phone there with 646 steps for a min then checked it the steps are 969. Very interesting. 😯:light_bulb: #TechMagic #WorkPlaceFun
Attached is the picture of the fan, I would put the phone on that wire part of it's stand.
