Photo Ambient not working on S24 Ultra

After trying to auto download for Photo Ambient on Wallpaper , it's getting an error message: 

"This content is no longer available for your phone. Contact the content provider if you want to add the support on your phone./ 9901 "

Steps done so far;

Software is up to date. 

Clear the cache on Samsung Core Vision, Wallpaper, Wallpaper and Style. 

Restarted the devices 

Samsung core is up to date. 

Note: Not just this device is having the problem but also some of the Samsung Devices. (wife device - same model)

I can't use Ambient plug-in. Says that it can't be found in the store.
