Galaxy S24Greetings! I am trying to open this link from an answer to another user's post about the same issue to reset the messages cache to clear the false notifican for 6 unread messages and fix this issue, but it does not open:

I also tried to reply to the answer & let the samsung rep who posted it know that the link will not open re: resetting the messages / text cache. But I cannot do that either, with a message saying my email address isn't verified to reply - which I believe I already did so a while ago.
This has been the most problematic phone and user / members area experience overall I have ever had, with silly issues that seem to never have an actual reason for why it does not work and how to fix properly.
If anyone can simply provide the actual solution below copy / pasted in reply to my question to reset the text cache and NOT as a link that cannot be opened or replied to, and also if you have a solution for verifying my email which I cannot seem to find a solution for either so I can reply & make comments, I would greatly appreciate it as well as others facing the same problems.

Galaxy S24I get notifications for people liking the post, and then when I open my email saying that a moderator has replied, then the next window says " You do not have permission to open it"... pathetic.
