Problems posting videos on Instagram

Hello, I have a problem since I have my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, I try to upload videos to my Instagram account and the videos are uploaded wide (only in posts) the photos upload perfectly and the reels too, but the videos are terrible how they are made wide, I was checking and made the configuration changes in the camera of my cell phone and in the Instagram settings, now everything is correct and I still have the same problem, I tried it on my S9 FE + Tablet and it is the same, I tried to upload on the cell phone of a friend who has an iPhone to see if the problem was with Instagram but NO, on my friend's cell phone which is an iPhone and my videos upload perfectly so it is not the Instagram account, then I tried another option, on a Samsung cell phone but in A15 and it has the same problem the videos are uploaded wide, then definitely the problem is with the Samsung, please can you help me, I can't make posts with my videos on Instagram because they look very bad

@Shapis It sounds like an issue with the Instagram app on the Samsung. Have you reached out to Instagram developers for a possible solution?

Hi, yes I did it too, in fact I tried to do it on my friend's cell phone who has an iPhone, I opened my Instagram on her cell phone, uploaded a couple of videos and they look perfect.Then she told me that she had a Samsung A15 and gave it to me to try to do it from there, since before I had the galaxy s22+ and I never had any problems. We both thought the problem was with my current S24 Ultra cell phone, so I tried it with the A15 and the same problem happened, wide screens went up, so I factory formatted my S9 FE+ tablet, I also format the A15, I start everything from 0 and the problem continues

I can't upload videos but I took the screenshot of how wide the videos look, I've had this problem since November when I got the s24Ultra
