OneDrive app will not open and is causing Samsung Account app to crash

OneDrive app will not open and is causing Samsung Account app to crash.

I have cleared partition cache.

Uninstalled updates and disabled app. I am unable to uninstall the app completely.  If I leave it disabled, Samsung Account app stops crashing. If I reenable it, Samsung app crashes.

I can log into OneDrive through browser.  Samsung Files app not syncing either.

This issue is NOT occurring on my Samsung Tab S9 FE only on my S24 Ultra

Same for my Galaxy S24U, just started today Dec 16, 2025. Can't even open OneDrive.

Now this app doesn't even show I'm posting as me. I don't know what's going on but I'm fed up with it.

I use Onedrive daily. Samsung and Microsoft, please fix this. This happened after the last app update yesterday.

I'm having the same problem too. Sounds like the problem is with Microsoft/Samsung, not our phones. Hopefully there will be a correction patch soon.

I'm using the galaxy zflip6 and I can't open my onedrive! Samsung app keeps crashing. I hope this gets resolved soon! I also use my onedrive daily. None of these workarounds are working!

Same, Flip 4, crashing app. Nothing I tried fixed it. Very frustrating. Won't back up my photos or videos.

Same happening here, had to disable Onedrive to stop the Samsung app continuously crashing.
