Samsung Care+ Registration Cancelled?!!!

Hello, I purchased Samsung Care+ and uploaded a video of my phone on the 7th of December.

I have been waiting patiently for someone to review it, it's been telling me it'll take 2-3 days, today my Samsung Care+ was canceled for "No response from costumer".

Even tho I UPLOADED the video and have been waiting patiently.

I am now afraid that I wont be able to sign up again and lost my chance, I have screenshot proof of me waiting and getting no emails or text follow ups from samsung.

When I had to do a video, I had to call them. They had emailed me to send more pictures, but the follow-up emails were in my spam box. So you might have missed a email from them since it says you didn't follow up. You might be able to call them and get it took care of. 18336900918

I checked both Spam from Email, and Spam Texts. Nothing... every day.

Called them and they told me to re-signup. Now I've got to wait even longer... This is so frustrating.
