After updating phone, bluetooth and wifi will not turn on. I toggle to on and it searches for a bit then shuts off. I have cleared the wifi and bluetooth cache, I have rebooted phone using volume down and side button, I have restarted in safemode, I have tried airplane mode, I have cleared cache partition. I have called tech support. Nothing had helped. Wifi is also not connecting. Everything was fine until update was done. Phone (including mobile data) is working order, no problems.
Have you tried to reset mobile network settings? or, toggle airplane mode on and off. I recommend checking with your carrier first before resetting network settings. Sorry to hear about this, and I hope you get it working again.
I'm having same issue other than bluetooth still works. There had to be something wrong with update OS51 which is when this started. I called Samsung one evening and even though I chose phone option in telephone prompt it took me to TV. The tech told me that there must be a problem because she had taken several calls herself, but unfortunately she couldn't help with fix not being phone tech support which had closed for the day on east coast of US. I'm assuming Samsung is aware, but not seeing any post for repair other than usual steps with the final being factory reset. I don't trust factory reset and not retrieving all of my data and apps data. I have alot of work related info I've collected for years that resides perfectly on my phone regardless of what the 4 cloud services I'm connected to sync on a regular basis. I depend on my wifi connection due to slower mobile data speeds in my home and work due to structure. Samsung HELP!
