I have had two updates this month. The 1st one caused my phone to stop connecting to the Bluetooth in my car. The 2nd less than 48hrs ago has caused my biometrics not to work and my phone is not responding when tapping certain areas of my screen even after completing diagnostics.
Have you looked into your account security ? You could check Bluetooth settings and control history to see what app deactivated this, if you see nothing then I would check your accounts trusted places.
