How can i get my s24 ultra to rotate to landscape no matter which way i turn it?

Are you saying that it currently only rotates if you turn it in a specific direction?

Well, in addition to my comment below, I will add that some apps are programmed to only rotate in one direction, counterclockwise.  Could be lazy programming, could be by design.

If that rotate icon as STRANGLEFIZZ shows is off you can also create a routine in Modes & Routines to have only certain apps rotate. I created a routine for that. I don't want all apps to rotate, it's annoying.

The screen should rotate to landscape regardless of whether you turn it clockwise or counterclockwise.  Some apps, such as Facebook, will only allow portrait mode, and developer programming overrides rotation settings.  If you want your home and lock screens to rotate, you have to find the auto rotate icon on your quick panel, long press it and select which of of the screens you want the rotation on.  Those screens have to be specifically set to allow rotation.
