S24Ultra Landscape Mode

I have the S24Ultra... the Rotate to Landscape Mode is disabled. Why is it disabled and when will the feature return? Its an inconvenience.

Pull down your app shade and tap on "portrait", that should turn "auto rotate" on.

That's the suto rotate for the home screen only. You have home screen layout locked so thats probably why it is greyed out. Normal aoro rotate for app shoyld still work via the contil in the quick panel. If you want your home scren to rotate as well, turn off lock home screen layout

"Lock home screen layout" does not keep the home screen from rotating. It only prevents items from being moved around on, or deleted from, the home screen.

The LockHome Screen is to prevent the movement of items on the homescreen. Prevents accidental removals from the homescreen for me

That doesn't work... its on Auto Rotate.. but the only way it will rotate is if an app is running in full screen ... b4 the S25U came out you could Rotate the home screen.. now its disabled.

Ok.. I jus read the other comments... its bc of the DIY... that sucks... bc it worked Initially with the DIY running.... I enjoy the DIY AND the landscape feature.. but the landscape feature is more useful to me than the DIY. BUT IT STILL SUCKS THAT SAMSUNG Is limiting... Samsung never limits with customizations...
To put us in a box like that gives me Apple iPhone feels and I dont like that.

DIY is still a beta feature. It can't be expected to work perfectly.
