Hello
Since last Sunday I get every 2-3 hours a request to sing in to my outlook emails. When I click on the notification I don't have to insert the password and it works again. That happened to a lot of people that I know.
Since last Sunday, I have been receiving a request to sign in to my Outlook emails every 2โ3 hours. When I click on the notification, I donโt have to enter my password, and it works again. This has happened to many people I know.
I tried singin out and in again and clearing the email app cache, but it didnโt help. How can I fix this?

Galaxy S24i think the intent of all posters here is to communicate to others the issues they are having and a solution to the problem, not a workaround to something that has worked just fine in the past.

Galaxy S24PLEASE fix this Samsung! It's happened to all of us. It's a software glitch because when people downgrade to the old version, this issue goes away. There needs to be an update to the email app to fix this.
Many are dealing with this!

Galaxy S24Submit an error report. The programmers do not read the message boards. Or, you can downgrade to the last version that was working and disable automatic updates for the app.
You also have the option of just switching mail reader apps to one more compatible with Outlook. There are many, and you do not have to be married to Samsung Mail.

Galaxy S24what i have discovered recently is that the authenticator app has been causing the issue. sunday i changed the authenticator app to NOT be optimized by power settings, and the signin requests have stopped.
do yall have the authenticator app(microsoft) on your phones? i was required to have it for MFA by my IT service provider.

Galaxy S24I've been dealing with the same issue for weeks now, and no matter what I do, it keeps happening. After some research, I realized it's most likely because Microsoft is sunsetting the Authenticator app and forcing us to use the Edge browser-as if we really need another browser on our devices.
It's incredibly frustrating. I've used Authenticator forever, and it holds all my passkeys, fingerprints, sign-ins, and everything else I rely on. Now, with these changes, I'm seriously considering switching from Outlook to something like Aqua Mail because this situation is just getting
