Hello all. I can't find any posts about this, so here goes. I want to backup my gallery pics in Samsung Cloud as folders, but the pics are only in there as pics; no folders.
I have been through both OneDrive & Samsung Cloud, including all settings/tabs, but nothing. I understand Google Pics does not do this. Can anyone shed any light on this, please? Or how else can I set it up so the folders themselves are backed up, as is? Thank you!
Folders don't get saved in Google or Samsung backup. Only the pictures themselves. If you want your album structure saved, you have to perform a manual backup to a flash drive or other external device.
