Charging port problem after update.

After my phone did the 8.0 update I have the port saying it's wet when plugged in. Started right after update. Anyone else experience this

I doubt the update caused this, I suppose it's possible, but I believe it's highly unlikely as it is probably more coincidence than anything. That notice could also be caused by humidity, or even debris in your charging port. However, I would suggest since you updated to go to the community homepage of the members app, and then tap on the best practices after update and make sure you've done everything. If that didn't work, then I would suggest cleaning out your USB port.

Iits not doubt the update. The phone restarted after update and instantly did this

From the Members App Discover page, click Diagnostics, then click Phone Diagnostics.

I have the same issue with my S24U and S22U right after the OneUI8.0 update. First it happened to my S24U after updating, while S22U remains on the previous firmware with no issues. Later when the update came for S22U, now it also faces the same charging port issue. Coincidence? I doubt it.
