Galaxy S24You would have to send your letter directly to Samsung corporate. Or, follow through on your proposed legal action. Obtain a lawyer, let them do all the contacting and legal work.
I'm not an expert on Knox, but I believe all of that is part of the Knox protection of your phone, which is included on all Samsung devices. If you look deep enough into the programming of any device, you are sure to find things that you don't understand and look nefarious. If you don't want Knox protection, buy another brand.

Galaxy S24I don't really need to know your details. I already told you this is a user to user help forum, not a direct line to Samsung. You will have to contact Samsung corporate and legal directly, preferably through a lawyer. Just because a document lists "every device you had in the past 9 years" does not mean you are being spied on, it just means that there is a record of your devices archived in your account. If you believe your estranged husband is spying on you, that's a crime and you should seek legal remedies for that.
If your device was/is connected to your husband's Samsung account (i.e. you share an account), you need to log your phone out of that account and create a new account. If your husband has control of that account, he has control of your phone.
