Galaxy S23Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Galaxy S23Just about everyone is having this issue. On s22, 23 and 24. Even the ultra models. Samsung released a faulty update. All we can do is wait.

Galaxy S23Had the same issue on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Finally solved the problem by clearing data on the Device Care app, rebooting and then using Smart Switch through a USB to my Windows 11 PC. The Smart Switch app prompted with an "Upgrade" button upon connection, and then proceeded with a backup to the PC followed by a successful upgrade.
