Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Yeah I tried a few times, first failed immediately with a 412 and now it got to 10% and failed with a 412

So apparently did some research and the 412 means the request to get the resources was denied. I wonder if they are pushing out the One UI 7 update which is making this fail

The only solution I've seen so far is using smart switch on a windows computer to force the update, I've not tried it due to not having access to a computer but it appears to be a server issue on the carrier side so we have to wait until it's resolved by them

Today my phone showed it was software update #27 that was supposed to come to my phone My phone would not give in to this Verizon update kept giving me error code 407 which I also got code 503 then later I got code 405 The phone still hasn't been updated there's nothing wrong with my phone what's wrong Verizon. Looks like I have to go to a store in my local town and get it addressed which is just BS.

Same here on my S23+ .  Seems like many people are having this problem. I'll wait and see if a fix is issued in the next day or so.

Ditto on the 23+.   56% downloaded after 8hrs then fails.  Attempted 3 times failing each time.
