Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Today I finally was able to attempt to download the Android 15 update on my S24 Ultra. Was moving very very slow and kept failing. After the 3rd failed attempt, I now don't see Android 15 at all to download in the system update. It thinks my phone is up to date but my phone still says it has Android 14 and the error message 412 lingers in the system update menu because its in reference to an update I can no longer attempt to try to download to get rid of the error. What a mess of a rollout. Did Samsung remove the update from Verizon because it was failing everyone or my whole update process isn't functioning properly because the errors in the update? One of the two.

I have spoken with both Verizon and Samsung this afternoon as it has taken 3.5 hours to download the system update. Samsung said it is a Verizon issue and that Verizon engineers are aware of the problem.  If the download fails, do NOT attempt to install again until this issue is resolved. I restarted my phone, reset wifi, cleared the cache and turned i off. Nothing stops this slow problem download.

You all should try cleaning the system cache to try and get that bad update out

I did this twice and no change. I dont think everyone is experiencing exact same thing on verizon network because our cache.
