Assistance Needed – WiFi Connected Without Internet Access

I’m currently experiencing an issue where my device shows it’s connected to WiFi but has no internet access. I’ve already contacted my service provider, and they confirmed that everything is functioning correctly on their end. Additionally, other devices in the household are connected without issue.  

Could anyone please advise on troubleshooting steps to resolve this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, turns out the culprit wasn’t the SIM, router, or modem—it was my wife (oops!). She’d accidentally paused my device’s connection because the name didn’t look familiar. On the bright side, everything’s back online now!

That said, I’m a little surprised that after talking to 2-3 support reps, none of them spotted the paused connection. And yeah, I’ll admit it—I feel a bit silly for not checking that myself. Lesson learned: Always double-check the obvious first!
