Galaxy S23The only other thing I could suggest is to run diagnostics on your phone, to see if there may be a hardware issue with the device. The option is under settings > device care.

Galaxy S23At the time, my phone was also powered off. There was a recent incident involving my internet service provider as well as connectivity issues with Samsung’s servers. From what I recall, the problem may have been related to an incorrect date on a security certificate—or something along those lines.

Galaxy S231) Turn off your device.
[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]
2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.
3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."
6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

Galaxy S23I’m not entirely sure what the root cause is, but I’ll try your last suggestion to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn’t, I’d like to confirm: Would a factory reset be the next step, or is this likely a larger issue that may require further troubleshooting?
Thanks for your assistance.
