Anyone here receive One UI 7 or 8 upgrade on Galaxy S22 Ultra yet ??

One UI 8 is still in beta. You should've received One UI 7 by now.

I've contacted the Samsung support a couple times too.

What is the model number of your phone? Does it end in U or U1?

Yeah, from retailer.

A retailer like Best Buy where you had to activate service at the time of purchase?

Is the SIM card that's currently in the phone from the same carrier as when you first activated it?

No, actually.

That's the problem. The phone has the firmware specific to that original carrier and is looking for an update from that carrier, not the one you currently have. You need to have unlocked firmware flashed to the phone at a service center. There are uBreakiFix (official Samsung service partner) locations in many areas. Here's how to find one:
