Why can I not get the android 15 on my S22 Ultra unlocked phone?
I've been checking and checking for updates and still nothing.

Galaxy S22@user2V9N7o45kB That should work as long as you check for the update over wifi with the original SIM installed.

Where did you get the phone? and have you changed carriers?

Galaxy S22Yes, it does. When I paid for the phone, I was told that it would automatically be unlocked in 30 days, that was about 2 years ago. I have contacted the Provider where I purchased the phone from to verify that it is unlocked and they said yes. I'm no longer with them and am with a new carrier that also told me that since I brought my own phone, it would not be locked....

Galaxy S22I still have the original carrier's sim. If I put that back in, will it update since the sim still works?

Galaxy S22Wow, this is going to take a while. Apparently the carrier I have now, does not believe in updating security or anything else...... I'm now on the 3rd update which is 33 and now have UI 6.1 and also now security update number 34. I wonder how many more there is going to be before I can get Android 15......
