Hi there!
This past week Samsung replaced the sleep cycles in the health app with sleep latency. I wish they would have kept it the old way, and added sleep latency as a feature. However, since the change my deep sleep also changed, well, at least that's what the app is telling me. I suddenly only get exactly 20 minutes, for four nights in a row now. That can't be right.
Any suggestions / insights on that? It almost appears it doesn't measure properly.

Thanks!

For two nights in a row, my Samsung Watch Classic 6 (still running 6.0) has been reporting that it took me over an hour to fall asleep, even though in both cases I actually fell asleep before the sleep timer, which was set to 20 minutes. Because of this, the score is poorโ€”yesterday it was as low as 49, which is the lowest score I have ever received. Do others have similar experiences?

The sleep latency has been wildly off since the return to standard time.  It's not a metric I really give any weight to, and I don't really care about the score, though.  It may return to "normal" in  day or two.  It may have something to do with the programming change they made to not have the sleep graph become a blur, as it has in the past, when the time falls back - instead of having the graph go over itself at 2:30 a.m., they just decided that you went to sleep an hour earlier.  Frankly, I rather have the messed up graph.

The application is totally unreliable. Huge gaps in measurements nightly.
