I ordered a size 6 Galaxy Ring, which is a half size larger than my regular ring size, and it's way too snug. I ordered this ring off of my company's fitness site, but the ring came directly from Samsung. I found out that there is no "exchange" for this ring. I have to send it back to Samsung, wait for the credit to be applied to the other site (even though the support person couldn't verify where the credit would go) and reorder it. I'm hesitant to spend another $400 and don't know where (or if) I'll get credit for the returned ring.
I was sooooo excited to get this ring - I'm so disappointed that I can't use it. It fits snug and the stats don't match my watch. That's expected because the instructions "clearly" say that the ring shouldn't fit too snug. I've been a faithful Samsung fan, but I feel like I've been through a battle to get something I can't use.
I'm sorry to hear this. It sounds like you may have purchased from a third-party site, which we don't recommend with the Galaxy Ring, unless you know the exact Galaxy ring size needed.
Galaxy Ring’s size is slightly different from that of regular rings. We recommend using our free sizing kit before ordering.
When you order from Samsung's website, you can select "I don't know my ring size," and they'll give you a free kit to utilize to find your size first, to prevent this type of experience. You can also visit Samsung Experience shops in your area; some locations have these kits available on site.
