Note20 , pen does not work in specific part of screen

Hi, something is affecting my pen. As you see in attached screenshot pen does not work in this perfect circle shape area of a screen. I reseted Phone and it was working okay, but when restored settings and aps from smartswitch it stopped working again. 

Any idea how to debug withouth unistalling all aps, or system updates one by one and checking?

It is going to take hours and May not work.

Pen does not work in this circle area everywhere. Not only in personal notes as screenshot shows.

Any ideas?

do you have a case on? that has a magnet? remove the case and see

it is solution, my case have small magnet and this is why it is not working in this specific area of screen.
