I sent my phone in for a repair on November 24th, samsung received it November 26th. It is now December 26th 1 month later. Since then I have not received any update on my phone and every time I call im told it was escalated and to call back in 2 days. No one has helped me and now when I click on the linked that was provided to me it says error unauthorized. I spent $1,200 on a phone that samsung basically stole from me. Do not send your phone in for repair they will screw you over.

I thought the same but called the Samsung Experience store gave them my ticket number and its in the system but they dont know anything more

And this is exactly why when I was having issues with my phone I told samsung reps that I was not sending them my phone because they never send u your phone back

Samsung customer service is most definitely the worst, I have seen so many bad reviews about them which is why I don't deal with them at all
