I sent my phone in for a repair on November 24th, Samsung received it November 26th. It is now December 26th 1 month later. Since then I have not received any update on my phone and every time I call I'm told it was escalated and to call back in 2 days. No one has helped me and now when I click on the linked that was provided to me it says error unauthorized. I spent $1,200 on a phone that Samsung basically stole from me. Do not send your phone in for repair they will screw you over.
