I purchased a Samsung Galaxy flip 7 2 months ago 8/7/2025 to be exact. And wouldn't you know it a pixelation issue. What good is having authorized repair centers who refuse to process warranty claims and the only other option is to mail in your device. Samsung really needs to think about this poor customer service as many of us use devices for work or to keep in touch with family. About ready to get rid of all my samsung devices. Should I mention that I had to upgrade my device 2 months ago because of this same type of situation!

They come to you Technician sevice may be available in your area/region. You may not have to mail your device in for sevice if they can fix it.

Update- service was not available and now they say its out of warranty due to "damage". There was no visible damage on it when I sent it in so I am very frustrated and about to change companies
