Ordered Z Flip though PH Shop on Oct 16th with the delivery date of Nov 3rd. Came Nov 4th and nothing was delivered. Few days after we place the order, we noticed there was no movement with the shipping. So, we reached through their online chat and they just brushed off our concerns. No communication was done. We were informed after Nov 3 that the unit we ordered is not available in their shop. They did not inform us beforehand. When we ordered, it showed they have the stock, but now, they are saying they cannot deliver the phone until Nov 24th, another 3 more weeks. 

We called and called their cx service number but, they cannot do anything. Just sent emails amd follow up and ended there. 

We never intended to pre-order the item but they trapped us in this situation where no one in their dept can help us.

 

They informed us that they run out of stock of the unit after the supposed delivery date. No communication made before that.  

 

Even DTI cannot help us on this.

I would never recommend buying here. Customer service is really just a waste of time, their relevance? Team does not care at all.

This is a nightmare.

What is PH shop? This is Samsung members, we cannot help you in this matter, for it is mostly run by the community.
