Anyone have an issue where their Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 Randomly Reboots?  Its not due to software updates etc..  It just reboots randomly all times of the day.  It is two months old, I have sent it to Samsung twice for repair and they just send it back saying no issues found.  Below are the dates, times and error codes out of windows events viewer from every time it has rebooted.   Not my first laptop, I have a Dell and HP currently and they have never done this, but first Samsung one and I am not too happy.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be concerning with your laptop restarting. As for what could be causing this it would be hard to say without having the laptop with me to look at it. But this could be occurring bc of the low power or bc of the laptop overheating. If it's not either one of those it could be hardware issues.

I would recommend making sure that any heat vents are not being blocked while using the laptop to see if this still occurs. If it does you do have a couple of options.

Since the laptop is so new I would recommend looking into your place of purchase return policy to see if you are still within the return period. If you are not you can either send us a private message with your full model and serial number and any previous ticket numbers. Or if you prefer you can call us directly at 1 (800) 726-7864.
