Fingerprint sensor not working on Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360

Hello! The Fingerprint Sensor is not working on my Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. I have updated the Laptop, uninstalled & reinstalled the driver (using Windows Recovery), but the issue still persists. Please kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the diagnostic tab located in the members app? If not, I would suggest running those to see if it can diagnose your problem.
