I've recently been having problems with the keyboard on my Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 even though the device is only a year old and has always been handled with care. Some of the keys (in particular, the shift key, the 6 key, and a few others) don't seem to be working properly. They will work occasionally, but very often they don't work at all when I press them. There doesn't seem to be anything physically stuck under them and all my software and drivers are fully up to date.
Does anybody have any ideas of how I might go about fixing this issue? I've always had such good experiences with Samsung products in the past, so to have this happen to a laptop that's only a year old is very disappointing and frustrating.
