I have an original Galaxy Book Pro 360. I know it is older now but it has been very reliable and working fine up until this weekend. Two concerns I have noticed.

1) I shut it down every night and it seems to be shutting down slowly. The screen goes blank but the blinking blue light on the side that indicates it has been fully shut down often takes up to 3 minutes to do so, when just two days ago it was almost immediate.

2) when I power it up after being shut down, they keyboard doesn’t work. The mouse pad does and so does the fingerprint scanner for log in, but when I type nothing happens. But if I restart it comes back perfectly fine.

I have not updated to Windows 11. All drivers are up to date.

Where would I go to check both memory and run a diagnostic?

check memory on your Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 (laptop):

Click the Start Menu and select the Settings gear icon.

Click on Battery and device care or Device care.

To check your storage capacity, tap on Storage. You will see the total internal storage and how much is being used.

To check your RAM (Random Access Memory), tap on Memory. This will show the total RAM capacity and how much is currently in use.

Go to Settings on your Galaxy Book.

Tap on Battery and device care.

Select Diagnostics or Device Care (depending on the version).

Tap View tests or Diagnostics.

Choose Test all or select specific tests to run.

You may also try the file folder in taskbar and scroll down on left to my PC click that and it should show memory
