After installing the latest BIOS update (P00AKX.060) on my Galaxy Book4 Edge (Snapdragon X Elite), Windows no longer recognizes the internal battery. The battery percentage icon has disappeared from the taskbar tray, and system settings do not show any battery status. Third-party battery apps also report that no battery is present.

I've tried resetting the BIOS, reinstalling battery drivers, and performing full shutdowns with static discharge — none of these resolved the issue. The laptop powers on with the charger connected, but behaves as if no battery exists.

Also note that I have lost the ability to use my touchpad to navigate after the BIOS update.  I can use a Bluetooth mouse, but not the touchpad?

This appears to be a firmware-level bug introduced by the recent BIOS update, and I'd appreciate guidance on either rolling back the update or confirming if a fix is in development?

Pls let all us know if you find a solution.  Samsung has been mum on this issue for too long!

We're having the EXACT same issue with our Galaxy Book4 Edge 16" with the battery indicator disappearing in Win11... as well as the USB-C ports no longer recognizing the dock for our dual monitors. I'm pretty tech savvy, but spent all morning and way too long this afternoon trying to figure it out and fix it (while I was SUPPOSED to be working remotely)... all because my wife couldn't work remotely with our laptop not functioning correctly. Very frustrating, considering the cost of this laptop. It really needs to be fixed ASAP!

Both USB-C Ports lost, Batterie Icon lost, all Port-Replicatorfunctions lost.

Bios Upgrade to .60 succs. A second machine, still on .55, runs fine.

No idea how to roll back a bios upgrade.

Samsung released an updated version of the BIOS .061 that fixed all my issues.
