Just bought a Galaxy 4 laptop with an intel core 7 150u hyperthreading to 5.4 cpu. It won't go above 2.6GHz even with power set at best performance. Any ideas why.

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! This is normal; it won't go to 5.4 GHz unless it needs it. The 5.4 GHz number is the single-core turbo boost peak, not the normal all-core speed.
