My ATIV One 7 Curved 27.0" LED Full-HD Core i5 auto updated and not all USB ports, and HDMI are responding. I cannot use the keyboard or mouse to access the computer. I cannot get into the BIOS to make any changes or restore my PC.
What can I do? Why would all ports become dysfunctional because of a Windows update? Please help.
So, is there a solution to this issue, or should I say the PC is 10 years old and it is at the end of its life, and I should put it in the bin? I am not sure what age has anything to do with the USB ports stopping working. Do you think these ports are time-limited?
