A Series & Other Mobile
When I try to find a way to switch to 64 bits, I can't because I'm in the U.S. my phone is from the U.S. and I can't do anything about it.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G and it's from AT&T.

The hardware in your phone (MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip) is a 64-bit processor.
But in the U.S., Samsung ships the A13 5G with a 32-bit version of Android, mainly because of carrier app compatibility (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. still have legacy 32-bit apps).
Thatโs why you donโt see an option to โswitch to 64-bit.โ Itโs not something you can toggle in settingsโitโs baked into the system image Samsung provides.
Phones sold in other regions sometimes do run 64-bit Android, but U.S. carrier restrictions lock yours to 32-bit.
