I tried my unrooted registered Samsung Galaxy A11 phone( Model Code : SM-A115MZKGTPA ) password several times, so I am using "Samsung SmartThings Find" "Lost Mode" to change it. But I am still trying to turn off the Developer Options "Sensors Off" tile button on the lockscreen's drop down menu so "Samsung SmartThings Find" can locate it to secure it. Of coarse I can turn off the "Sensors Off" when it's unlocked. Now I realize different sources mention "Sensors Off" as also turning "Location" off so "SmartThings Find" won't work.
I'm still waiting for the "Lost Mode" of "SmartThings Find" to replace my phone's lockscreen password so I can unlock my A11 phone with the new lock PIN. "Lost Mode" now displays a message stating ; "Waiting...Your phone will be locked if it connects to a network before a year".
Cellular SIM card with Data is On, while WiFi and Bluetooth are On but both are not connected. The lockscreen drop down menu's WiFi tile button shows a connected WiFi but I need to unlock my phone to sign into WiFi.
Samsung chat help only suggests to reset it but I don't want to do that. What can I do to get back into my phone which does have a network connection but "Sensors Off" possibly disabling Location? Can a technician help perhaps even by possibly opening it up to fix it? I know it is a working phone but it seems to be that "Sensors Off" doing that.

If you forgot the password to your phone, the only thing you can do is reset it. Putting a PIN on it through find only gives it an extra password or adds a password to a phone that doesn't have it, it does not change the password you forgot. You cannot remote unlock the phone and operate it to turn your sensors on. If you lost your phone, it is now lost. And this is why people who don't know what they are doing should just leave developer mode alone. No Samsung technician can remotely access your phone unless you grant permission, which you can't do if you are locked out. Your only option is reset if you have the phone on your possession
