Every time I restart my A16 5G the system UI crashes this is a brand new phone and it shouldn't be doing it is there any way I can fix this at least it's not permanent
My phones UI not only crashes but my messages will be hidden from me when I go to retrieve them ever since the new messaging partnership with Google not only that but the phone itself when I go to answer it it will close our not allowing me the option to answer it but instead will lock me out I am very frustrated with these foreign mischievous nefarious tactics placed on the consumer by what I thought was a stand up company clearly I was wrong and this company is making cheap products at the cost of my family's well hard earned dollars where do I report this and who do I report this too because my wife daughter and I are fed up with this cheap take on an expensive product it seems like the more generation we go the worse these phones end up I went from an A03 to an A15 now an A16 and instead of getting any better it's gotten extremely worse with me agitated all the time due to the phone being my life support had I known this would transpire I would have opted in for an Obama phone signed by a disgruntled consumer E.C.C.
