A Series & Other MobileHello, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your device showing system UI not responding and restarting multiple times. Have you cleared the cache partition on your device? To clear the cache partition: power off your device, press and hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time, select clear cache partition, and reboot your device as normal. Try your device in safe mode: press and hold the power icon in the drop-down menu to boot your device in safe mode. Check to see if your device is still restarting and showing system UI not responding, if your device is not having the issue in the safe mode then a third party app is causing the issue. You would need to remove any recent third party app.
If the troubleshooting does not resolve the issue then we would recommend you perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030
