Samsung Messages can't send texts but can receive them?

The Samsung Messages App on my phone can receive texts but can't send texts. Smh. Why?

It's a longshot, but give this a try: Settings>General management>Reset>Reset mobile network settings

One thing that could be tested to deduce if this is a phone vs. network issue would be receiving texts on a different device. Do you happen to have a spare phone?

I do. I was gonna go back to the carrier to switch the SIM Cards out to make sure

Sounds like a good plan. Also, have you ever had an iPhone?

My spare phone is an iPhone. This will be the last Samsung I'll ever purchase

Did you make sure to deactivate iMessage if you transferred from the iPhone? I'm just guessing at this point, since so much has been tried already. I've owned many, many Samsung phones and I would say this is a very strange bug. Maybe someone else here in the Community will offer some insight.

@VerbumVeritum, this is not true. With Samsung/Google message apps happening like that for other people too. Mobile provider in my situation at all did not found any problems and like i wrote One UI 7 update helped to me only.

It was suggested that I use the Google Messages App bc they have the RCS. I even did a system update a couple of hours ago. Nothing
