This is Samsung selling out to Google. That last big One UI update was mainly about Samsung featuring Google products, and wanting people to use them. They're not even trying to fix the issue
@dontsellouttogoogle, i had before One UI 7 came reverse situation with Samsung messages app: i couldn't receive RCS/SMS from some people for which i sent image message and could to get SMS only from other people. Any steps (clear cache, re-install app, factory settings reset (without restoring backup too and etc.) did not helped. The only solution was to report about that to Samsung and to wait One UI7 update. That helped. Was more problems too that time. Any app updates did not helped to me. I advice to report about that to Samsung first at all. Not here, into Support web site. Here Samsung support i am not sure it's working.
Thanks for the advice. I'll try to wait on the next update. Tried using text support, but they didn't reply since I can't send text. Tried using the remote maintenance, but there's a code that they're supposed to send but they never did. Tried calling but it has the old phone off the hook signal. Sent a comment but I got the same generic reply from them 3 straight times. Thank you again for the advice
