Samsung Messages can't send texts but can receive them?

The Samsung Messages App on my phone can receive texts but can't send texts. Smh. Why?

Tried refreshing the app and rebooting the phone. Had my SIM card replaced also

I reset mobile settings and cleared the cache in the app

Can you send texts with other apps, such as Google Messages?

No I can't, but I can receive texts from other apps

Yes. Did troubleshooting on the phone for 45 minutes and I was at a store for 2 hours. Nothing worked

Do you remember what steps they took? Replace SIM card, reset network settings, reprovisioning, etc.? It's strange they would let you leave with this problem still occurring.

Refreshed the app, rebooted the phone. Cleared the cache. Replaced the SIM card on both of my lines. Checked my account for blocking. Nothing worked
