A15: Network Storage does not appear as part of the menu in My Files

The problem I have with my Samsung Galaxy A15 phone is that Network Storage does not appear as part of the menu in My Files. How can I get it to show up?

Go to the file manager, tap the 3 dot menu top right and select settings. Scroll down to edit menu layout, tap that and make sure "network storage" is checked.
