I purchased a Samsung M33 5G Handset from the Samsung Website on 09-Aug-2022. Recently I could not connect to the mobile network so I visited the service center to rectify the problem. On examination of the handset I was informed that the handset motherboard need to be replaced. Earlier I had a Samsung Galaxy J7 handset which became dead and on inspection it was found to be a faulty motherboard and it needed to be replaced. I feel Samsung is not following good manufacturing practices and there is no quality control on the handsets produced.
