Hello,

I am a new user to a Samsung phone (A55) and I have seen that there is no option to switch between carrier network types.

I would like to be able to switch to specific type of network. Not there are only the following options:
5G/4G/3G/2G
or
4G/3G/2G

I would like you to add the following also:
3G/2G
2G only

As you know in most countries 2G networks are still available. Also 2G has low power consumption if you do not use mobile data and also better range and signal strength. Other brans still have it like Xiaomi phones and others. Also Samsung phones use to have it.

Please bring that feature back.

Kind Regards
Theodore P.

2G is being, or has been, deprecated in the U.S. due to security concerns and lack of features.

Hello,

First my apology, I thought this was the European forum. As for the issues of 2G with security I know about it. I just think that it is a good option to have if you want to preserve battery.

Kind Regards
