i got my update dongle for recall, model: wa55a7300ae sn: <hidden>, i wasn't plan to update it, but since the recall say if you don't, you might run into the fire risk, so i did it for my parents, followed up video, add the app on my phone, i think i did a update for the washer, then it is broke, it sometime turn on and sometime it doesn't, wait for it long time, it finally show code AC6, search online nothing works, on and off nothing work, finally called samsung, they say they cover the parts but not labor, 2 and half yrs old, the 3rd party want $200 just to come out to replace the part, i shouldn't update it because now samsung broke it with flaw update and it make no sense to me i have to paid for anything for samsung mistake !!!, i'll post my experience to multiple websites for my unhappy experience, maybe never buy samsung product again....
