I purchased 2 washer dyer combo and only one stays on at all times even though I have changed the setting to stay connected on both. Is this a Samsung issue and can only connect to one ?
Both, on smartthings and also on the washer/dryer. #1 connects at all times, and the display on the washer/dryer stays on and I see connected on smartthings. However, #2 stays on for around 20 minutes or so both on the device and on smartthings and then both goes off, meaning #2 disconnects from smartthings and also #2 display goes off. The issue is to use #2 washer/dryer, i have to power it on from smartthings. There is no physical buttons on these devices
